We had a PERFECT stay. So happy and comfortable in fact, we extended our stay two extra nights. Excellent beds for a really good night's sleep. I appreciated how clean it is and that Sandy and West are easy going hosts so that we felt at ease coming and going as we used the house as our base to explore the Hudson Valley. We loved Sandy's breakfast's - healthy, and if you're lucky, she'll have her homegrown berry compote. We wish we could give Hilltop 10 stars!

We had the loveliest weekend staying here! To name just a few highlights: Sandy’s amazing cooking (will be thinking about the homegrown blackberry compote for a long time); the comfiest bed; gorgeous wraparound porch; and Sandy herself who went the extra mile to give us suggestions for nearby activities and surprised us with coffee to-go cups before our early morning train. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Stayed here a few times for an event at Lime Rock Park. It's always a lovely stay. Sandy, the owner is so warm and hospitable. The rooms are inviting, comfortable, and always immaculately cleaned. The porch is a great spot to relax or in my case, get some work done. Wi-Fi works great as well!Selfishly, I want Hilltop House to be my own little secret, but it's a wonderful place that deserves 5 stars!
