From the moment we walked in, this B&B exuded comfort and charm. The room was cozy and exceeded all of our expectations. (not to mention the complimentary delicious Valentine’s Day jam left on our nightstand!) Alana was such a gracious host and her breakfast is to die for. (The French toast, wow!) Being able to get fresh water, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate at any hour of the day was certainly a plus as well! The Valentine’s Day dinner was amazing and we had a blast sharing good conversation over the meal. The location was perfect. Off the beaten path, yet close to anything you could want to do in the area. We will definitely be recommending this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet weekend getaway. Rebecca & Steve

Had a lovely winter getaway to Watergrasshill. Room was completely new (even had heated floors!) and delightfully charming. Alana, the innkeeper, thinks of everything to make the whole experience restful from homemade breakfast to grab and go coffee and cookies to a book full of tips and recommendations. She is also a great resource for what to do in the area. I'll definitely be back and look forward to experiencing all the seasons at this b&b!

Wonderful B&B — our host Alana was amazing and very attentive. We stayed for two nights over the weekend and got to enjoy the hot breakfast option — simply outstanding! A fantastic spot for a fall weekend getaway, surrounded by nature, hiking trails, farmers markets, and more.
