Stellar Yoga

I’ve been a member at Stellar Yoga for about a month now, and I already feel so welcome. The studio itself is a warm, bright, and inviting space, and everyone is embraced for who they are, and where they’re at in their yoga journey! So far I’ve taken classes with Victoria, Henry, and Eden and have had amazing experiences with all of them! Each instructor brings their own unique style to their classes, highlighting their own unique reverence for the practice of yoga. Victoria has a warm, nurturing presence, and provides a gentle approach that supports her students in feeling at-home in their bodies. A wonderful safe place for an amazing yoga experience. I was apprehensive about taking my first yoga class, but it was wonderful. I left feeling both relaxed and energized. An amazing start to the day. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you!

Thai yoga with Victoria has helped me increase the range of motion in an old injury. Broke my leg during COVID and never received physical therapy. The work she is doing is helping me heal and regain that range of motion. Can't recommend enough! Also the space is incredible cozy and welcoming. Bree's queer yoga classes are a beautiful guide to exploring your own body in a safe and inclusive environment. Can't recommend them enough as well!!
