My wife and I spent two beautiful nights at Hutton Brickyards. The food was exceptional, and the service warm and attentive. Snow blanketed the ground outside our cabin by the water — quiet, luminous, almost otherworldly. In the stillness of the winter landscape, time seemed to slow down. It felt like nature itself was breathing softly around us — a perfect place to rest, reflect, and nourish the spirit.

Wow, I don't even really know what to say here, that's how amazing my experience was. It's absolutely beautiful. Year round it's amazing and it's fun in the sun during the warmer months. But something about being here during winter was...magical. High class, intimate, romantic place for your partner and you to have a quiet getaway. Fun night time hangout at the fire pits with s'mores and brick oven pizza all night. I need to come back and stay in those cabins, I stayed in the man

We are staying here on a Sunday night of Presidents Day Weekend in February. We were very excited to enjoy the pavilion food and drinks and look at the Hudson River since it was almost 40 degrees out, but the pipes were frozen so they weren’t serving drinks and they weren’t serving food (which they did not tell us before our stay). We were very excited for our cute little room, but it was so hot we could barely breathe. We went down and were told that all the rooms were set to 77 degrees but they would help and turn it down to 75. We were very excited to enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner out (we went to Sorry, Charlie - highly recommend!!!) but the dining room and bar are not open on Sunday nights (which they didn’t tell us). We are currently sitting in our room with the door open and
