Before I purchased a Sonny Angel Blind Box, I asked the woman working at the register if it was real, to which she answered yes. So, you can imagine my surprise when I opened it to find it was an obvious fake. The toy didn’t even match the image on the outside of the box it came out of. After I opened it, I went back to her to ask about it and showed her a picture of what it should look like online from the Pop Mart brand, and she said she didn’t see a difference between the image and the fake. You can see the difference for yourself in the images below. Instead of issuing a refund or a simple apology, she rolled her eyes and asked, “What can I do now that it’s open?” For a small business, it’s distasteful behavior. YOU are selling fake items in YOUR store. If you’re buying fake items from a distributor, that is your own problem, and you should own up to it rather than offering horrible customer service. The correct choice would’ve been to issue a refund, but the woman behind the counter decided the $10 couldn’t be sacrificed. What’s especially disappointing is that my friends also purchased items from this store, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Disclaimer: This isn’t meant to bash the store or its employees, but rather to share this experience so others don’t end up in the same situation.

I love Sparkle and buy gifts there for grandkids, and there’s something there for everyone. Great earrings and fun jewelry, Gift soaps. It’s a fun place!!!

I couldn’t get enough of this place! I probably wandered around for at least a 1/2hr totally captivated by all of the unique things this place had to offer. A lot of really beautiful jewelry, clothing, hilarious socks and kitchen decor. Even had a little kid section that was adorable. I loved the Zodiac specific collections and the handmade earrings! Such a cute boutique!
