I called ahead about an eco leather bag I purchased here. The owner said she would need to see it to determine if a repair was possible, so I decided to come by. When I arrived, she briefly looked at it and dismissed the issue without offering any help or empathy. The owner also corrected me that it wasn’t leather, without acknowledging that the material was marketed as eco leather. Considering the price point and the time spent coming in, I expected better follow‑through on repair options. I left feeling disappointed, dismissed, and unwelcome.

This place has so many beautiful things. Great quality and unique items. Perfect for a gift in a hurry. I highly recommend shopping here for something special.

I love shopping at Handmade for gifts! This is not your typical gift store though- everything here is truly unique. The staff was patient with my rambunctious son, who I tried my best to contain around all of their great children’s toys. This store has something for everyone, and the staff was even kind enough to wrap the items I purchased! I shop here for all occasions and I hope you will too!
