Mend. Sustainable Spa

If I could give more stars I would! This place is amazing from the atmosphere to the personnel. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed and was greeted by the most friendly person. The meditation lounge was very relaxing before my 2 services. I tried the buccal facial treatment and Erika explained everything during that session. It was something different and I enjoyed this service very much. My next service was a massage and it was excellent. After the service I was able to relax in the meditation room again. Before leaving, I perused the retail shop and bought a nice pair of Zara shoes and a Ralph Lauren blazer from what appears to be their “consignment” clothing section. I will definitely book a service again when I’m in western Mass.

I have gotten at least 3-4 massages at Mend now, and each experience has been truly lovely. Your massage is sort of tailored to your individual needs, which I love. I highly recommend seeing Erika or Rebecca — both are incredible. The atmosphere is aesthetically beautiful and so relaxing. Also the spa shop is very well curated with lots of unique and local goodies. Their candles are my favorite.

From the moment you walk into Mend, you will be treated to a beautiful experience of deep relaxation and calm. The staff is extraordinary in their professionalism and kindness, making certain that no one feels rushed. I was immediately offered hot tea or water while I relaxed with a neck warmer prior to my massage with Cindy. My massage was amazing! I highly recommend an experience at Mend!
